Wife and Lover Kill Husband, Bury Him at Home and Continue Living with Son: Chilling Case from Nalasopara

National News: A horrifying crime has come to light in the Gangadipada area of Nalasopara East, where a woman, along with her lover, allegedly murdered her husband, buried his body inside their house, and continued to live there with their eight-year-old son as if nothing had happened. The incident occurred in the chawl room of the Sai Welfare Society and has shocked both police officials and locals.

Husband Became an "Obstacle" in the Wife’s Affair

The victim, Vijay Chauhan, was reportedly killed because he had become a barrier to his wife Gudiya Chauhan’s extramarital affair. Gudiya, in a relationship with their neighbor Monu Vishwakarma, conspired with him to eliminate Vijay. The police say that their relationship had been going on for some time, and when Vijay came to know about it, it created tension in the family. Instead of ending the affair, Gudiya and Monu decided to get rid of him.

Body Buried in the House and Covered with Tiles

According to the police investigation, the murder was carried out nearly two weeks ago. After killing Vijay, Gudiya and Monu buried his body in a corner of their home. To cover up the crime and erase all evidence, they called Gudiya’s brother-in-law and asked him to lay tiles over the burial spot. Shockingly, he had no idea what was hidden beneath the floor he was tiling.

All this happened while their eight-year-old son continued to stay in the same house. The child was completely unaware of the crime and the fact that his father’s body was buried just a few feet away from where he slept.

Police Crack Case Using Digital Evidence

The crime remained hidden for days, until Vijay’s family filed a missing person complaint. As part of the investigation, police examined Gudiya and Monu’s mobile chats. They discovered incriminating messages and conversations that pointed directly to their involvement in Vijay’s disappearance.

When called in for questioning, both suspects initially cooperated but then confessed to the murder. However, before the police could arrest them, the two fled and are currently on the run.

Manhunt and Forensic Examination Underway

Pelhar police have launched a search operation to locate and arrest Gudiya and Monu. Meanwhile, they have begun the process of exhuming Vijay’s body from the house to conduct a detailed forensic examination. Police officials say that this evidence will be crucial in building a strong case against the accused.

This case has sent shockwaves through the local community, not only because of the brutality of the crime but also due to the calm and calculated manner in which it was covered up. Living over a buried body while continuing daily life with a child shows an alarming lack of remorse or fear.
